Bedroom window faces the hinterhof, so is super quiet and the living room faces the street (south=sun all day) with a nice balcony, there is a small park in front so there are not buildings close by :)
The condition of the apartment is very good and has been renovated throughout. Cellar compartment, kitchen is included and bicycle parking spaces in the inner courtyard are available. We really love living here but we need an extra room for the family.
