Über die Wohnung
The room is 10m² and is located on the ground floor of the building. It fits a double bed, a desk, a bedside table, a clothes rack, and a shelf. The large window allows for good ventilation and provides plenty of natural light. If you need more privacy, you can close the curtains or pull down the metal curtain on the outside. You also have access to a kitchen and a large bathroom.
Our apartment is located about 2 minutes from Giesing train station in a quiet second row. Public transport connections couldn't be better, as we have S-Bahn, U-Bahn, buses, and trams right outside our front door. Furthermore, everything your heart desires is within walking or cycling distance (pharmacies, supermarkets, dm, and everything else you might need).
In summer, you can also cycle to the Isar River very quickly (about 10 minutes) or hop on one of the S-Bahn trains, and you're immediately in the mountains. And even though you live right next to the subway station, the area is quiet.
Your new flatmates will be Sebastian (28/German/Journalist) and Francesco (25/Italian/Engineer). They are really nice and easy to get along with, chat in the kitchen, or go out for a meal or drink. The main language at the WG is English.
Important! As part of the agreement, you will also have to take over the furniture for 250 EUR. This will include: a double bed, a desk, a desk chair, clothes rail, and a coat hanger, and your part for the washing machine. This is non-negotiable.
