Hi! The apartment is constituted by 1 big room, including kitchen, and a big bathroom with shower. All recently renovated by the Hausverwaltung. It is at the 3rd floor with elevator, very bright with full light that shines through in the central hours. There is also a medium size terrace where is possible to add some benches, or chairs, and a table.
I am living alone now, but before a couple lived here for a couple of years and many others live into in the other buildings in spaces that are exactly the same.
To organize the space, it is possible to divide the night area from the day area with the use of a book shelf or similar (see pics), and there is space enough for a big bed, a living area, and a kitchen and dining area.
The Warmmiete is roughly 1100eur/month, depending on your consume of heating, water, wi-fi etc. and the contract is unlimited.
It is based just outside the Ubahn Samariterstrasse (1min), very close to Boxhagener Platz (5min) and all its bars, restaurants and entertainment events. The Sbahn Frankfurter Allee is also close (7min) and in 15-20min you can be in PBerg, Kreuzberg, or Alexanderplatz. Around there is a Netto and DM (1min), and Edeka, BioCompany and Lidl (5min).
It is the second building in a Hinnenhof, so it is really quite and you cannot hear the noise coming from the main street. The friendly neighbours are also a nice plus and never complain if you make dinners or parties and borrow you gladly ladders, eggs and everything you might need.
I am looking for a cheaper version of my apartment: Warmmiete (about) max 700eur/month, a bit smaller but still with a good organisation and look, with the sun that may picks through, ideally in Fhain, otherwise in Xberg, Pberg, Mitte etc., and all that is close to an Ubahn and within the Ring in East Berlin. Ideally with a terrace, also it comes unfurnished but with a kitchen already integrated. Contract is unlimited.
