Looking to swap my cozy flat for a bigger one in the areas xberg, Neukölln, preferable close to the spree or tempelhofer feld.
My flat is located in a side street from kottbusser Brücke. You walk 200m to Paul linke Ufer and have the Maybachufer market there. Vibrant but chilled area. My flat has new windows and is super warm. The landlord is adjusting the house constantly to better conditions without raising the rent. 400 warm , with everything included!
