I’m offering a bright 63 qm apartment, 2 rooms ( good size bedroom and living room) a big kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and with window. The apartment has plenty of storage space in the hallway and the bedroom.
The place is very centrally located and well connected with other parts of the city.
The staircase is quiet, neighbours mostly kind.
The windows face east on one side and west on the the other.
In the neighbourhood we have a lovely vegetarian pizzeria ‘Sotto’, on the same street ‘Flying Roasters’ with delicious fresh coffee, 15 min away are the Ufer Studios, offering dance performances and some courses too.
A Small river Panke runs just behind the building leading in one direction to the postindustrial Artlofts at Gerichtstr with a CrossFit gym and a yoga , on the same street you’ll find a gorgeous cocktail bar ‘Forsberg’ , a Mexican restaurant, and few meters further you’ll get to Savvy Contemporary, Silent Green with great gigs lineup each month and Mars restaurant.
The place is very close to Chaussestr, and 15 min away from the Spree canal taking to the Hamburger Bahnhof museum if you’re looking to see high quality art shows, or Hauptbahnhof if you want to travel :).
That canal area is great for a morning run, same us Humboldthain Park which is also located 5 min away from the apartment, or Nordbahnhof park ( 10 min away).
From the Nordbahnhof you’re a stone away from torstr, linienstr, gipsstr., hackescher markt and the ‘old mitte’ district with Weinbergweg Park with all its cafes, hidden restaurants, some fancy bars, shops on rosenthalerstr.
I’ve lived here for 7 years and enjoyed the closeness of the center of Berlin a lot. Now that I have a dog my priorities changed and would like to live closer to the forest, hence my desire to swap.
