Sunny, cosy, quiet "Gartenhaus" flat in the heart of F-Hain
We have loved living in our "tree-top" flat on one of our favorite streets in F-Hain Nordkiez for 11+ years. However, with two growing boys now in the mix, we need more space.
Nestled between Petersbergerplatz and Karl Marx Allee, our Gartenhaus flat is ideally positioned in a quiet, family friendly area of F-Hain, with all the action of Südkiez only a 10-15 minute walk away. Edeka and Denn's Biomarkt are around the corner, along with a number of great playgrounds and Kitas.
The flat is a 4th story walk-up (4.OG) without a lift, but the sunshine, open balcony, and quiet make the climb worth it. The 3-room flat has a good lay-out, including a nice sunny Wohnzimmer next to an enclosed Kitchen, which opens out to the cosy balcony. The two bedrooms (one larger and one smaller, which is perfect for an office or Kinderzimmer) and full-bathroom (with a bathtub/shower combo) are tucked behind a hallway with room for extra storage. The basic, galley-style kitchen was installed by the previous renters and purchased by us upon move-in. We are hoping for a similar arrangement with the next renter, and would be happy to discuss a reasonable offer.
We are searching for something larger in Friedrichshain, ideally, but are open to options in Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, Lichtenberg, as well. We need a minimum of 80+ m2, with at least 3,5 Zimmer.
