Über die Wohnung
Hi everyone!
We’re a couple and we’ve decided to move because, after sharing our home with a flatmate, we’d now love to find a place just for the two of us.
We’re looking for a long-term home of at least 70 m², ideally an Altbau with 2–3 rooms or more, in a neighborhood with good connections to Mitte. A balcony would be a plus :)
📍 Our apartment – Westend, Berlin
- Altbau apartment (approx. 100 m²)
* 4th floor
* 3 separate bedrooms
* Spacious living room
* Eat-in kitchen
* 2 bathrooms
*Storage room
* Balcony
* 2 entrances
The location is one of its biggest advantages:
* Only 2 minutes’ walk from S-Westend station
* Just a few minutes’ walk from Charlottenburg Palace and its beautiful park
* Several supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and all essential amenities within walking distance.
If you think our apartments could be a good match, we’d love to hear from you!
Feel free to send us a message if you have any questions or receive more information.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Gabriele & Silvia
